Tolls And Parking
All tolls charges are included in the price of your fare, there's no additional charge to you. Parking fees will be assessed per trip and added to the fare for baggage claim services, when requested.
Gratuity is always appreciated, our drivers work hard to exceed your expectations and ensure you have a pleasant experience. We don't add gratuity into the pricing of your services. Average gratuity paid is between 15-20%.
Waiting Fee Cancellation Policy
Due to flights and vessels being delayed for numerous reasons, we reserve the right to add a fee for extended wait times. The first hour is included in the price of your fare for all airport and cruise terminal services. A fee of $25.00 will be added for each half hour after the first hour has expired. If a reservation is cancelled and the driver is already in route, but hasn't reached your designated pickup location, you'll be charged/billed for half the fare rate plus taxes if applicable. In the event that a client is a no show for any reason and we were not previously notified, we reserve the right to charge 1.5 times the full fare amount plus taxes when applicable. All cancellations prior to the driver being dispatched will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00. In the event a driver is forced to wait and return without a client for any reason, the fare maount will be charged/billed to the client with and additional wait charge of $50.
We're not responsible for any damage(s) caused by traffic delays, weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances in which we may arrive later than scheduled to your destination or pickup location. We do our best to modify driver dispatch times and client pickup times. We do so to minimize these risks and arrive to you when expected.
Late Pickup Service Fee
If your departure/arrival time requires us to dispatch from our headquarter between the hours of 12am-5am a $20.00 fee will be added to your fare.
Code of Conduct
Our drivers reserve the right to terminate services at any time for any of the following reasons:
- - If rude, inappropriate, derogatory or disrespectful comments directed to our drivers.
- - If clients demonstrate any unlawful behavior while in our vehicles.
- - If a client is in possession of any controlled substance that isn't prescribed to them or are in possession of any illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
- - If a client acts in any manner that we justify as unacceptable or unprofessional, or that is distracting to the drivers.
